Availability

We aim to keep the site running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Cheeky The Dentist accepts no liability for temporary unavailability due to technical issues beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

To lock in your appointment we take a $50 deposit when you book. This goes straight towards your treatment on the day – easy peasy.

If your visit is 100% covered by your private health insurance, we can either pop the $50 back into your bank account or keep it on file as credit for next time (your call!).

We totally get that life happens – school drop-offs, surprise sniffles, or that one meeting that really should’ve been an email. All we ask is that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or shift your appointment.

If you give us less notice (or forget to show up entirely 😬), we may keep part or all of the deposit to cover the time we set aside just for you.

Thanks for understanding – and for being the kind of patient that helps keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Pricing

All prices listed on the website or our downloadable price list are subject to change without notice. We’ll always do our best to ensure clarity and transparency at the time of booking or quoting.

Cheeky White Smile for Life – Terms & Conditions

The Cheeky White Smile for Life program is designed to help you maintain a bright smile long term—because your glow-up shouldn’t be a one-time thing.

Eligibility Terms:

• Valid only for patients who attend regular six-monthly check-ups and cleans at Cheeky The Dentist.
• To maintain eligibility, your next appointment must be scheduled and attended within 8 months of your previous check-up and clean.
• Lapsed or missed visits may result in forfeiting program benefits.

We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the program at any time.

Eligibility Terms – First Dental Visit Offer for Children

This offer applies exclusively to children aged 1 to 5 years who are attending their first-ever dental appointment at Cheeky The Dentist. To redeem this offer:

• The child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• The accompanying adult must be undergoing a full-fee paying dental appointment (e.g., check-up and clean) during the same visit.
• Limit of one child per eligible adult appointment.
• This offer is not transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotion.

Win an Oral-B iO7 Electric Toothbrush – Terms & Conditions

1. The Prize
One (1) lucky winner will receive an Oral-B iO7 Electric Toothbrush (valued at approx. $570 – give or take a toothpaste cap).

2. How to Enter
Simply scan the QR code and pop your email address into the competition form at our school fete stall. That’s it – no flossing required.

3. Entry Period
Entries open on 31st August, 2025 and close at 3pm. We’ll do the draw shortly after, once we've finished our fairy floss.

4. The Draw
One winner will be selected at random and announced via our Instagram page [@cheekythedentist] – so keep an eye out!

5. Notification
We’ll also email the winner directly (no ghosting, we promise). The winner must collect their toothbrush from our surgery at 249 Great North Road, Five Dock within 14 days of being notified.
