Availability
We aim to keep the site running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Cheeky The Dentist accepts no liability for temporary unavailability due to technical issues beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
To lock in your appointment we take a $50 deposit when you book. This goes straight towards your treatment on the day – easy peasy.
If your visit is 100% covered by your private health insurance, we can either pop the $50 back into your bank account or keep it on file as credit for next time (your call!).
We totally get that life happens – school drop-offs, surprise sniffles, or that one meeting that really should’ve been an email. All we ask is that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or shift your appointment.
If you give us less notice (or forget to show up entirely 😬), we may keep part or all of the deposit to cover the time we set aside just for you.

All prices listed on the website or our downloadable price list are subject to change without notice. We’ll always do our best to ensure clarity and transparency at the time of booking or quoting.

- Have received an email from Cheeky The Dentist regarding a referral;
- To redeem the offer, patients must show valid proof of eligibility (e.g. a copy of the email, a screenshot of the Google review, or the physical flyer).
- The discount applies to take-home whitening kits only and is not redeemable for in-chair whitening or any other dental treatments or services.
- The offer must be used within 3 months of the date of the email, flyer receipt, or review submission.
- This offer is:
- Not transferable
- Not redeemable for cash
- Not valid with any other promotion or offer
- Not transferable
- Cheeky The Dentist reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without notice.
As always, standard dental suitability checks apply. We’ll assess your oral health to ensure whitening is safe and appropriate before issuing any products.
Cheeky White Smile for Life – Terms & Conditions
The Cheeky White Smile for Life program is designed to help you maintain a bright smile long term—because your glow-up shouldn’t be a one-time thing.
Eligibility Terms:
- Valid only for patients who attend regular six-monthly check-ups and cleans at Cheeky The Dentist.
- To maintain eligibility, your next appointment must be scheduled and attended within 8 months of your previous check-up and clean.
- Lapsed or missed visits may result in forfeiting program benefits.
We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the program at any time.
